RETURN POLICY

 

1. We understand your concerns in relation to being unable to physically inspect the Product before making up your mind to purchase.  That is why we have prepared this Return Policy to alleviate your justifiable concerns.

 

2. We will exchange the Product with replacement product provided however that:-

 

a)       the Product is returned to us within seven (7) working days of  the date of our delivery;

b)       you have not tampered with the Product and its label;

c)        the returned Product must be as new;

d)       the returned Product must also be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unsoiled;

e)        the product must physically be delivered to our shop;

f)         the returned product must be found to be faulty;

g)       you must obtain return product authorisation number from one of our customer service officer; and

h)       original invoice and receipt must be delivered  to us with the returned Product.

 

3. Once we are satisfied that the returned Product qualifies the conditions referred to in Clause 2 of this Return Policy, we will deliver a replacement Product which will be identical or similar to the Product you have purchased from us to you.

 

4. We do not accept returns:-

 

i)         if you ordered the wrong Product;

j)         if you provided us with incorrect specification for the Product; and

k)        if you changed your mind; and

l)         if you found an another supplier of same or similar product who is offering a cheaper price.

 

 

5. You can not seek for replacement Product unless the Product is faulty. Some products of our shop may time to time be offered at a discounted price as they are slightly damaged or with a minor fault and these are not returnable.
